Jeep Tour – Lagoa Fogo – Half Day

This wonderful tour combines some off-the-beaten-track routes, taking you to the amazing natural reserve of Fogo Lake. There you will be able to enjoy nature at its best in one of the most untouched places around São Miguel Island. A volcanic crater where a large and beautiful lake grew.

We will then drive you to Caldeira Velha, where you can experience a thermal bath in harmony with the nature. With a warm and iron-rich waterfall it will give you the impression that you are in the middle of a tropical forest.

Then the jeep tour continues by secondary roads to Ribeira Grande Caldeiras, where you can admire secondary volcanism phenomena at the surface. The return to Ponta Delgada is made through the North coast of the island.
