Yes. The vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for your group. You will not share the service with passengers from another booking.
For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a sign showing the lead passenger’s name.
The exact meeting point and service details will be included in your booking confirmation.
When a valid flight number is provided, OnTravel DMC monitors the flight and adjusts the service to the actual arrival time.
In the event of a long delay, the vehicle, driver or pick-up time may be reorganised according to operational availability. Immediate pick-up after landing cannot always be guaranteed.
For airport arrivals, until 60 minutes of waiting time are included from the actual flight landing time.
If you are delayed at passport control, baggage claim or for another airport procedure, please contact OnTravel DMC before the included waiting period ends.
Please provide accurate information about the flight number and date, arrival or departure time, lead passenger’s name, number of passengers, pick-up point and destination, number and type of luggage, child seats, accessibility requirements, and any mobility equipment or other special items, as the service is organised according to the information provided during the booking.
Yes, provided that all luggage and special equipment are declared during the booking and the selected vehicle has sufficient capacity.
Wheelchairs, mobility equipment, bicycles, surfboards, golf equipment, child strollers and other bulky or special items must be declared in advance. Undeclared items, or items that cannot be transported safely in the booked vehicle, may be refused.
For airport departures, OnTravel DMC normally recommends scheduling the pick-up at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before the flight.
The recommended pick-up time may vary depending on the distance to the airport, traffic conditions, airport procedures and airline requirements. Please check and accept the pick-up time shown in your booking confirmation.
