Your Local DMC Partner in Madeira and the Azores

Over a Decade of Local Expertise

Since 2014, OnTravel DMC has supported tour operators, travel agencies and event organisers across Madeira and the Azores.

Originally established as Madeira On Travel, we expanded to the nine islands of the Azores in 2016 under the Azores On Travel brand. Today, OnTravel DMC provides one dedicated point of contact across both archipelagos.

With local teams, direct operations and our own fleet in Madeira and São Miguel, we deliver reliable destination services with greater control over quality, logistics and execution.

We work as an extension of your team, protecting your reputation through responsive communication, careful planning and consistent delivery.

Our Services

We provide tailor-made destination services designed around your clients, programme objectives and operational requirements.

  • MICE & Corporate Events:
From conferences and corporate meetings to incentive programmes and exclusive events, we coordinate venues, transportation, activities, logistics and on-site support. Every program is developed around your objectives, budget and service requirements.
  • Tailor-Made Groups:
We design creative and authentic itineraries for leisure groups, touring series, special-interest travel and private journeys. Each program is adapted to the client profile, travel pace, budget and destination.
  • Ground Services & Logistics:
This is our core advantage. We operate our own fleet of vehicles in Madeira and São Miguel islands, giving us direct control over quality, safety, and flexibility. For you, this means unmatched reliability, competitive pricing, and the elimination of third-party risks.
  • Experiences & Shore Excursions:
We provide a carefully selected portfolio of private tours, cultural visits, nature experiences, outdoor activities and shore excursions. Each service can be adapted to the program, client profile and operational requirements.

Why Partner with OnTravel DMC?

We are more than a local supplier. We work as an extension of your team, supporting your programme from the initial request to final on-site delivery.

You will have one dedicated point of contact who understands your objectives and coordinates our operations, suppliers and local partners. This ensures clear communication, faster decisions and consistent service throughout the programme.

With OnTravel DMC, you benefit from local expertise, greater operational control and a reliable partner committed to protecting your reputation.
