We start our day by leaving Ponta Delgada towards the north coast with our first stop at Ribeira dos Caldeirões, which belongs to the municipality of Nordeste. Here, we will be delighted by the beautiful waterfall, very well-known as Véu da Noiva, its watermills and gardens.
The lunch (optional) will be served at Povoação’s village, the first place to be settled. In the afternoon, you can visit the historic center as well as the fishing port, where you will be able to feel the tranquility of this place.
The way back to Ponta Delgada is made along the south coast, passing by the lake of Furnas.
