OnTravel is a Destination Management Company for the Azores and Madeira destinations founded in 2014 under the name “Madeira On Travel” and expanded to the Azores in 2016 under the name “Azores On Travel”. In 2020, the company decided to carry out a total re-branding on its image, creating the OnTravel DMC brand with the aim of strengthening its position and differentiation in the market.
We are focused in the quality and in distinct services. We operate directly on the online B2C segment, in the ground transportation and in destination services were our main businesses are: Hotels, Tours and Activities, Transportation, Groups and incentives, Congresses, Events and Shorex for Madeira and Azores archipelagos.
We are specialists in the Azores and Madeira archipelagos where we have a first-hand knowledge about the destination. While we travel and work between the Azores’ nine islands and Madeira’s two islands, we are always seeking for new opportunities and experiences to share from a destination that offers breath-taking landscapes, dormant volcanoes, magical lakes and pure nature.
From luxury cars, vans and buses and with own fleet in São Miguel island, we can provide any type of transportation and manage any executive transportation, airport transfers, sports teams and crews transportation. Being a celebrity, politician or public figure, we always ensure privacy, comfort and safety according to the requirements. In 2023 we transported 62876 passengers only in São Miguel island – Azores.

Since our opening in 2014 more than 50000 customers had booked and enjoyed our services in all the 9 Azores islands and in 2 Madeira islands using our website. We are proud and we work every day to achieve the perfection to provide quality and satisfaction to our customers.
We create innovative solutions beginning with a strategic planning that flows until the final execution. Our job as your DMC is to consolidate and coordinate the most appropriate suppliers for a seamless progression from one service to the other in the entire program. We are the crucial part for a successful program.
