This tour takes you to explore the fascinating eastern region of Madeira Island. The journey begins at Terreiro da Luta, a spectacular viewpoint located on the mountain above Funchal, where you can enjoy a stunning view. Next, we head towards Pico do Arieiro, the second-highest peak on the island.
Our next stop is Ribeiro Frio, a charming place where you can visit the fascinating trout farm or simply immerse yourself in the surrounding natural beauty.
Lunch will be in Santana, a village that is a true cultural treasure of Madeira. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the famous theme park or admire the iconic traditional houses with thatched roofs, resembling triangles, a typical symbol of the island.
In the afternoon, you will continue your journey to the Portela viewpoint, where the breathtaking view will leave you speechless. The tour then proceeds to Ponta de São Lourenço, a narrow strip of land that juts out at the easternmost tip of the island, offering stunning views of the ocean and untouched nature.
Finally, we will make a stop in Machico, the first village of Madeira and one of the few places on the island with a charming yellow sand beach, perfect for relaxing and taking in the tranquil atmosphere.
