Hiking Tour – Levada Nova

Levada Nova – Half Day

This is the most suitable trail to get to know the different cane fields. At all times, this levada offers a clear perspective of the towns of Ribeira Brava, where it is possible to observe land carefully worked by the owners and the surrounding parishes that constitute a unique landscape.

  • This hike is not recommended for people with knee/joint or ankle problems;
  • For hotels located outside the city center of Funchal will be charged an extra fee per person;
  • Hotels pick-ups start at 09h00 or 13h00. Please give a tolerance until 10 minutes;
  • The weather in Madeira is very unpredictable and it can rain at any time of year;
  • There may be days with some fog or low clouds, which do not allow you to see the attractions.
