In the morning the departure is made from Santa Cruz – Flores towards the smallest island of the Azores. During the boat trip the probability of finding dolphins that make us company is high, but the giant sperm whales are more complicated to see. Whales appear less frequently, but when they do so their beauty and sturdiness are unequaled.

At Corvo island your will be taken by car to the Caldeirão, counting on the availability of a local inhabitant always willing to help. On arrival at the Caldeirão, a dazzled landscape… You have to see it with your own eyes, the beauty and peace that this place conveys. After a short stop of around 15 minutes, you will return to the village to enjoy the rest of your time in the island. We also give you the possibility to book the return transfer for later giving you the opportunity to walk through the inside of the crater and return to Flores Island with a sense of mission accomplished.
