The bees world – São Miguel

The bees world. Experience the life of a real beekeeper and marvel at the bees in their bustling daily activities. We begin with a brief safety introduction before exploring the hives. As we open the hive, you’ll identify the different castes, learn how the hive is organized, understand the roles bees play throughout their lives, and maybe even spot the queen! At the end, the Margaridas bees will treat us to a delightful honey tasting.

This entire experience takes place outdoors, with no restroom facilities or covered areas. The terrain is rocky, making it unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility.
